Poste : ADV Sales Coordinator



Durée : 1 mois renouvelable



Salaire : 32 000


Missions

OFFERS & INQUIRY MANAGEMENT
- Work in close collaboration with sales / technical sales to prepare offers
o Gather documentations
o Ensure consistency of the offer
o Sent the offer to customers or sales / local office
- Create new articles in SAP system
- Send requirements to selected plants to check feasibility and lead-times
- Review plants feedback and check consistency with customers' requirements - work in collaboration with central planning and sales team to find optimized routes
- Enter the offer in SAP
ORDER PLACEMENT
- Review orders with sales / technical sales manager
- Enter the order in SAP system
- Place orders to plants located in other hub than Europe & Africa
ORDER FOLLOW UP
- Follow up order's progress and inform sales / customers
- Gather relevant documentations and prepare / distribute documentations to customers
MISCELLANEOUS POINTS
- Prepare L/C (whenever required) with the support of trade finance department
- Follow up payments

Profil du candidat

MAJOR DIFFICULTIES RELATED TO THE POSITION
- Multiple contacts (sales, technical sales, trade finance, plants in all regions, customers, central planning, …)
- Management of priorities (offers, orders, follow up, documentation, plants feedback, …)
- Involve in the complete sales flow from receipt of inquiry to payment of order
- Even though it is not necessary to be a technical expert, it is important to be able to understand technical points
- Be the customer voice within the organization and find solutions to solve problems when the customer requirements are not met.

- BAC +3 / +4
- License in International Business
LINGUISTIC KNOWLEDGE
English French
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Knowledge and experience of Incoterms
- Knowledge and experience of means of payments.

- Perfect position to understand and manage a complete sales flow from receipt of customer inquiry to cash collection
- Deeply involved in international business thru contacts with Vallourec foreign offices, contact with plants located around the world and international customers
